Gift inscription on front flyleaf: "To Tustins [?] With much Love and best wishes for a Merry Christmas. From Grandma -- Paris -- 1908." Later owner's name on front paste-down.

Holby. The Holby edition was also reissued as the 12 volume (limited) 1906 Chawton Edition; as the 12 volume 1906 Manydown Edition; as the 1907 12 volume Illustrated Cabinet Edition (Dana Estes); and as the 1913 12 volume "Winchester Edition" (Himebaugh, New York), this last not to be confused with the Winchester Editions issued by John Grant, Edinburgh.
