Introduction by Dhan Gopal Mukerji, The black hardcover binding has a splendid image of one of Pogany's illustrations surrounded by a silver border. The Pogany designs are quite erotic and fanciful. #JS-MA. Limited edition. This is #76 of 350 copies. An exquisite edition of Anne Frank's moving diary, bound in full grey Morocco leather, with title ("Het Achterhuis") blindstamped on front and on spine. Published in 1985 by the Pennyroyal Press with Jewish Heritage Publishing. Contains 10 plates by Joseph Goldyne, each with tissue guard. The plates are in several media, including hardground etching, softground etching, aquatint, and dry-point. The text for the book was set in Monotype Bembo by Stinehour Press, Lunenburg, VT. The etchings were executed by Joseph Goldyne, who signed the book on the limiting page. The book was designed by Barry Moser, who also signed the book. The paper used for the text is Mohawk Letterpress from the Mohawk Mills. The engravings were printed on Rives paper. Printing of the book began in August 1985, and ended in November 1985.; Folio 13" - 23" tall
