This is an undated reprint of the Roberts Brothers 1892 edition(Gilson, E76, p. 266), which was originally issued in 12 volumes. This set bound each work into one volume instead of the two each as issued by Roberts Brothers. The two illustrations in each volume are the frontispieces of the Roberts volumes. The set consists of all six Novels, "Lady Susan", "The Watsons", and Austen-Leigh's "Memoir" and the "Letters." Over all in very good condition with some wear (but no tears) to headbands and some minor bumping to corners. The paper labels are faded but intact. All joints and hinges are tight and intact.; 8vo 8" - 9" tall
